Just put it in the freezer.

ETA- chocolate only blooms if you are stupid enough to not know that it needs to be tempered (see poster below) but I think you are talking about using coating chocolate anyways. Are they the little disks or wafers made for melting and molding? If so they don’t need to be tempered because they already are tempered. Tempered chocolate freezes just fine.

You’ve probably seen bloomed chocolate–it has a mottled gray appearance. With Sugar Bloom, it will have a visible sugar grain on the surface.
