Hand down (or hands reached out) I love cocoa reviews.  Yeah, and I’m talking rich, high quality chocolate.  You can call me a chocolatier if you  must others call me a chocoholic but I think the other name makes me look less desperado.

Green & Black’s Organic chocolate was a sweet review, not just because the chocolate was sweet (but it was!), but because they sent it to me one day after offering to send it to me.  I also received it on an extremely hot day in Indiana last week..like one of the 95 degree days.  So, once I received it (and actually Mr. FedExY hand delivered it to me since I was outside, sweating no less) I put it in the fridge for an hour.  I received 4 bars that we’re good but didn’t last long in the house.   (secret) I didn’t share with anyone..
