As I write this, I am up in the air (literally), en route to sunny San Diego, where I will be fielding a cover story for The Gourmet Retailer ... and enjoying a little R&R. It is my second trip to California in one week's time, having just returned from Dairy Deli Bake 2011, which took place in Anaheim a few days back.
I may have missed morning sessions featuring speakers such as US Airways Captain Chesley Sullenberger, food celebrity Guy Fieri, former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and stand-up comedian Sinbad (yes, Sinbad), but there still was plenty to take in at the International Dairy Deli Bakery Association show.

Oh, and your review for the FT40 was dead on! So comfy! And now I know I’m apparently not eating enough to keep up with the calories burned during TurboFire! If anyone else is looking at an FT40, I seriously recommend it! AMAZING!
